Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:
    •    Item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
    •    Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
    •    Gift cards, final sale, and personalized/custom items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@DaytripBags.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions.

Return Shipping:
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Exchanges

Need a different color or style? We’re happy to help!
We offer exchanges for the same item (if available) or you can choose to return your item and place a new order for the desired product.

To start an exchange, please email us at info@DaytripBags.com with your order number and details of the exchange request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
    •    A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    •    If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage for quicker assistance.

Final Sale Items

Please note that sale, clearance, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds (unless damaged or defective).
